Shipping and Handling Policy

JoyAmaze® makes it a priority to ship all orders within one (1) business day within the business hours, for in-stock item(s).

 

JoyAmaze® Standard Business Hours:

Monday to Friday - 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.

Saturday - 9 A.M. to 1 P.M.   

 

If you place an order after the business hour, from Monday to Thursday, we will process the order the next (working) day. If you place an order after the business hour on Friday, your order will be processed on the first working day, the following week.

We ship to the Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. We do not ship International.

For the in-stock item, we ship out on the same day if order and payment are received before 1.00 P.M Malaysia time. Courier company normally take 1 to 2 business days to make a delivery to the address. JoyAmaze® will inform customer with courier tracking number once a product is shipped. Please contact JoyAmaze® if you did not receive your parcel within three (3) working days. JoyAmaze® is not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from the shipment date.

JoyAmaze® is not responsible for customer's loss or damages due to the result of late delivery / unable to deliver / cancellation of an order. While JoyAmaze gives the best effort in ensuring the stock status accuracy online, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of the stock status shown. Please call our Customer Careline 1300-88-1268 or E-mail eshop@joyamaze.com.my to check the stock status with our staff.

Customer bears the shipping charges unless waived by JoyAmaze®. Shipping charges will appear on your invoice and can be viewed before you finalize your order. The shipping charge shown during the checkout transaction process is subject to your verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
